    1. Undertake regular cleaning and maintenance
    2. Make sure the electrical wirings of your outdoor heater are working correctly
    3. Clean any stains on outdoor umbrella
    4. Warn children to stay away from outdoor heater
    5. Follow safety precautions in handling patio items
