Chaise Sofa Bed

what is the name of that type of single seat sofa chair that looks as long as a bed? - not a chaise long!?

I saw a kind of single seater sofa thing on TV that looked as long as a single bed but with a sofa style back and arms to it - does anyone know what these are called as i only get sofa beds when searching the interweb for them? Its not a chaise long...

Any ideas?
